1. Remove the grinding stones from the drum.

3. Add flour and water (and oil, if desired) into the drum according to your recipe.
4. Place the transparent lid securely on the drum.
5. Switch on the grinder. The chamfered blades of the atta kneader will begin to mix and knead the dough.
6. Allow the machine to knead until the dough reaches the desired consistency. This typically takes a few minutes.
7. Switch off the grinder and unplug it.
8. Carefully remove the kneaded dough.

5.3. Using the Coconut Scraper

1. Remove the grinding stones from the drum.
2. Attach the coconut scraper attachment onto the central shaft inside the drum. Ensure it is securely fitted.
3. Place the coconut half (cut side facing the scraper) firmly against the rotating scraper blade.
4. Switch on the grinder. The scraper will remove the coconut flesh.
5. Continue scraping until all desired coconut flesh is removed.
6. Switch off the grinder and unplug it.
7. Collect the scraped coconut from the drum.
