1. Sit comfortably in a chair with the massager positioned in front of you.
2. Insert your feet into the foot chambers. For calf massage, ensure your calves are positioned correctly within the upper sections.
3. Press the Power Button to turn on the massager.
4. Select your desired massage mode (Foot Shiatsu, Leg Mode) and adjust the intensity and heat settings using the control panel buttons or the APP.
5. The massager has an automatic shut-off feature after 15 minutes. You can adjust this timer via the APP (from 1 to 30 minutes).
