Preparing Your Espresso

1. Grind Coffee Beans: Use freshly ground coffee beans. For optimal espresso, a fine grind is recommended.
2. Fill the Basket: Add your desired amount of ground coffee (typically 15-18g) into the 51mm stainless steel basket. Use the WDT tool to distribute the grounds evenly to prevent channeling.

7. Begin Extraction: Once the water is heated (or if using pre-heated water), place a cup under the portafilter. Double-click the power button to start the pre-infusion and extraction process. The machine will apply 20 bar pressure for optimal espresso extraction.
