- The zoneX app operates on a dedicated wall-mounted touch screen. This touch screen serves as the control interface for your zoneX system. On the main screen, you will find all the zone virtual buttons displaying their current status along with their respective zone names.
- When a zone is ON, the button will appear blue with the text “ON”. Conversely, when a zone is OFF, the button will turn grey and display “OFF”.

- Each zone button can be customized with a unique name such as LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, MASTER SUITE, etc.
- To edit the zone names:
- Tap on the gear icon located near the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Edit Zone Names” from the options.
- Tap on the pencil icon next to the zone whose name you want to edit.
- Use the virtual keyboard to modify the existing text. You can delete characters using the backspace key and enter new ones using the keyboard.
- After editing, press the Save button to confirm the changes.
- Once all zone names have been updated, press the arrow symbol (<) to go back to the home screen. The new names will be reflected on connected displays.
