3. If an update is available, click "Upgrade" and then "OK" to confirm.

2. Check APN Parameters: Insert the SIM card into an Android phone and check the APN information parameters on that phone. Then, on the CarlinKit AI Box, navigate to "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "APN". Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner to add new APN parameters, mirroring those found on your mobile phone.
