Q4. Why can't I search for FM stations?
  • Antenna connection: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted and making good contact.
  • Signal strength: Test in an area with better radio signal reception.
  • Antenna condition: If the car's radio antenna is broken or ineffective, replace it and retest.
Q5. Why can't I connect Bluetooth?
  • Pairing process: On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for devices, and select 'SWL-BT'. If a pairing code is required, try '0000', '1234', or '123456'.
  • Test with another phone: Try pairing with a different mobile phone to rule out phone-specific issues.
  • Reset unit: Unplug the main power plug from the back of the player, wait 3 minutes, and then plug it back in.

  • Download APK: Download the map update APK from a trusted website or use your mobile phone's Wi-Fi hotspot to download and install directly.
