Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the oven for proper ventilation (at least 6 inches from walls and other appliances). Do not block the ventilation openings.

This oven operates on 230V. Ensure your electrical supply matches the oven's requirements. Connect the oven to a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Run the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes at maximum temperature to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

4. Allow the oven to preheat until the Heating indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.

Loading Racks and Food

The oven comes with four 17.3" x 26" racks. The door hinge opens to a 90-degree angle for easy removal and insertion of trays. Distribute food evenly on the racks to ensure optimal air circulation and even cooking.

Using the Timer and Continuous Function

The dual, self-reversing fans promote air circulation for even, uniform cooking throughout the oven cavity. This feature helps eliminate hot spots and ensures consistent results.
