The monopod comes with two primary adapters for broad compatibility:

• For GoPro: Use the pre-installed GoPro adapter. Align your GoPro camera with the adapter's prongs and secure it using the provided thumb screw.

2. Extending and Retracting the Pole

The monopod features a telescoping design with multiple sections. To extend, twist the sections counter-clockwise to unlock, pull to your desired length, and then twist clockwise to lock securely. To retract, reverse the process.

3. Connecting to a Tripod Stand

The base of the monopod includes a standard 1/4" tripod screw hole. This allows you to attach the monopod to any compatible tripod stand (not included) for stable, hands-free shooting.
