Powering On and Interface Navigation
Connect the unit to a power source. The integrated smart screen will power on automatically. Navigate the interface using the touchscreen. The main screen displays workout options, progress tracking, and settings.

Selecting a Workout Mode

Using the Bluetooth Ring
The Bluetooth ring allows for instant activation or deactivation of resistance, as well as on-the-fly weight adjustments by rotating the wheel. This enhances safety and convenience, especially when lifting heavy.

Dynamic Weight Modes
