4. Select as Input Device: After connecting, your operating system should automatically detect the microphone. Navigate to your sound settings and select "BOYA K9" (or similar) as your default input device.

4.2. Pickup Patterns

The BOYA K9 offers versatile pickup patterns, selectable via a control knob on the microphone. Choose the appropriate pattern for your recording environment:
