Follow these steps to replace the standard bumper bars with the extended anti-stranding bumper bars on your Betta robotic pool skimmer.

- Locate Existing Bumper Bars: Identify the current bumper bars installed on the underside of your skimmer. There are typically four attachment points.
- Remove Old Bumper Bars: Gently but firmly pull each existing bumper bar straight out from its mounting slot. They are designed to be removable. Avoid twisting or excessive force to prevent damage to the skimmer's housing.
- Insert New Extended Bumper Bars: Take one of the new extended bumper bars. Align the base of the new bumper bar with an empty mounting slot. Push the bumper bar firmly into the slot until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is fully seated and stable.
- Repeat for All Bars: Repeat step 4 for the remaining three extended bumper bars, installing them into their respective slots.
