• How often should I charge my Eloflex wheelchair battery?

  It is recommended to charge your Eloflex after each ride or when the battery indicator on the joystick drops. You should also charge it at least every 3 months during storage to prevent permanent battery damage.

• Can Eloflex power wheelchairs be used manually?

  Yes, you can push the red levers on the wheelchair's motors to disconnect the magnetic brakes, allowing the chair to be rolled manually. The magnetic lock must always be engaged if the user operates the chair without assistance.

• How do I adjust the seat width of my Eloflex wheelchair?

  You can increase the distance between the armrests by using an Eloflex Widening Kit. This kit provides extra fixed widths of +5cm, +7cm, or +10cm depending on your specific wheelchair model.

• Can I lock my Eloflex joystick for child safety?

  Yes, you can electronically lock your Eloflex wheelchair by pressing the up and down arrows simultaneously for 3 seconds while the joystick is powered on. A small symbol will indicate that the lock is activated.
