• How do I charge my LINKA LASSO Smart Lock?

  Connect the supplied cable to the pogo port on the top face of the smart chain lock. When the LED indicator turns solid green, your LASSO is fully charged.

• How do I unlock my LINKA if my phone is unavailable or dead?

  You can use your personalized Phone-less Access Code (PAC). Hold the lock button for 6 seconds, then enter your 4-digit access code to unlock it manually.

• What does a pulsing blue light on my LINKA lock mean?

  A pulsing blue LED indicates your device is in discoverable mode and looking for a smartphone to pair with. It will stay in this mode for 90 seconds.

• How do I pair my smart phone to the LINKA app?

  Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Open the LINKA app, tap the '+' symbol, select your device, and press the power button on the lock to enter discoverable mode (blinking blue). Wait up to 60 seconds to complete pairing.
