Take both earphones out of the charging case. After about 5 seconds, they will automatically pair with each other (indicated by red and blue flashing lights on the main earbud). Next, turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for the RUSH earphones, and tap to connect.
RUSH Foot EVAQ8 prosthetics have a warranty period of 36 months from the date of receiving the shipment. This excludes normal wear parts such as one-way valves, tubing, and inline filters.
When the left and right earphones are in the TWS pairing mode, double-click any earbud to clear the pairing. Once cleared, you can restart the pairing operation.
Visually inspect the tubing for kinks or cracks. Check the inline filter; if blocked, use air from a syringe to clear the blockage. If vacuum pull decreases, contact a qualified professional to clean the one-way valves.
