Check the power to the device from the external source. Ensure the IEC lead is plugged securely into the PSU and the PSU is connected to the switch.
Check that the Ethernet cabling is of good quality (solid copper cores recommended) and terminated correctly. Also, ensure the Total Power Consumption of the load devices does not exceed the switch's limit.
Turn the power off to the switch and unplug the load devices. Leave the switch off for 10 seconds, then power it back up. Plug each device back in individually to identify any faulty cables or devices.
