• Does my ID-COOLING cooler support LGA1700 or AM5?

  Most recent ID-COOLING products include mounting hardware for Intel LGA1700 and AMD AM5. Older models may require a separate upgrade kit. Check the component list in your specific manual to confirm included brackets.

• How do I connect the ARGB lighting on my fan?

  If your fan supports ARGB, connect the 3-pin 5V ARGB cable to the 5V ARGB header on your motherboard. Do not plug it into a 12V RGB header as this may damage the LEDs.

• Where should I apply thermal grease?

  Apply a thin layer of thermal grease directly onto the center of the CPU surface (heat spreader) before securing the pump or heatsink block. Ensure the plastic protective film is removed from the copper base of the cooler first.
