To reset your GeekTale lock, you can select 'Restore factory setting' or 'Delete device' within the GeekSmart App. Alternatively, depending on your model, you can perform a physical reset by turning the interior thumb turn specific times or pressing the reset button as outlined in the user manual.
If the batteries run out, you can connect a power bank to the lock's exterior Type-C port to activate it for emergency access. Most models also come with physical backup keys for manual entry.
